Our story

Since 1993, the same practice — not several individual ones.

Louw, Miny & Wilson opened its doors in 1993. Three decades on, the practice has grown to a full team of physiotherapists — but the way a patient is assessed, reasoned about and treated has not changed with the headcount.

Every physiotherapist in the practice — not just the founders — is trained to the same assessment and reasoning process, so the treatment you get does not depend on which room you are in.

Most care happens on-site, but the same physiotherapists also treat staff at their workplace and patients on the ward, pre- and post-operatively.

The team has grown over three decades. The standard a patient is assessed against has not moved with it.

Where we treat you

Care follows you, not the other way round.

Most treatment happens in our rooms. When it can’t, the same physiotherapists see you at your workplace or on the ward — the process does not change with the address.

On-site assessment and treatment for staff carrying repetitive-load or desk-posture injuries, arranged directly with employers.

At the hospital bedside

Inpatient and post-operative treatment on the ward, run to your surgeon's protocol and handed back to the rooms once you are discharged.
